photoblog image The avenue

The avenue

Theme: Brighton

Due to technical issues I couldn't put my intended Pavilion image up and as a result I put an emergency image.

This avenue is a road along the Brighton sea front.

Thank God the weekend is here

Your thots please?

Beautiful monochrome. Nice composition.
This is a great composition even if it isn't your first choice. Great angle.

I think the lampost adds a nice feel to the picture even though this looks like 2 pictures in one. Nice work
For me it's not he lamp post that my issue with this shot....it's the scaffolded building! It's not attractive. That's what I think of it.

You've done some good toning to it which is your signature with dutonatic photographs!
nice perspective..nice glowing hilight from the sun..beautiful capturesmile

I agree with many things here....

Lovely sepia toning, thumbs up!

in agreement with Jide also.

It's hard with shots like these, without any dramatic sky line they are quite boring.

That said, your doing a good job, and for that ...THUMBS UP! smile
Great composition! Excellent stuff1

I like it, especially the tone smile And I think the lamp post gives a nice feeling on the photo smile
WOW, WOW, WOW! Great composition and tones. Sharpness in both the foreground and background elements is incredible! Nice use of aperture. This is a very interesting perspective. High regards, Brent
Love this. The tones are spectacular.
