In contrast to blue

An appeal to shutterchance, can we have a bigger screen size to display images :). Anyway I needed to process something fast with minimum effort, so i decided on this image. This is a simple shot made up of flower, flash and sky.

This is quite a nice shot. I lke your colour balance here.
àsìkò: thanx dude, I thot about what U said last night and it effected the way I PP this shot.
I love everything about this picture 'cept the composition.

I think, that maybe the way you used the flash has rendered the sunflower rather flat.

What I do like is the fact that you have been very consistance trying to master the lighting...i'm really looking forward to seeing your work in the not too distance future. smile

As for a title, you know skee always has one... why not "Surrounded by blue", i'll put my invoice in the post for ya, smile lol
àsìkò: thanx Skee, as U know I am trying to understand and master lighting. I always appreciate feedback of masters such as urself with regards to this issue. I agree with ur view on the flatness of the flower. I shot off camera at 45 degrees and I tried other angles. Do U have any suggestion on how I could have improved this?

It looks like one of those ragweed alergy comercials... the daunting ragweed thing is going to get you.. do do.. do do... do do... sorta like jaws or something... it's coming to get me.. the evil flower... aaaahhhh!!!! smile

It really does look like it is laying on a piece of blue paper. I like the colors they are such a summery mix.
