photoblog image The first dance

The first dance

The wedding first dance. This was probably one of the loveliest weddings I had ever witnessed, the couple were so much in love and happy.

Thanx for your comments on the previous image.

Oh I like it - I really get the feeling you are in there dancing with them, and because of the other photographers you immediately know what the photo is about despite very little info on the couple. Mike
asiko you're going to HATE ME, I agree with suby!!!
I don't much dig this one either, but I think its a compliment that the comments are that this isnt one of your best. It's a testament to the quality of your previous work and it's relative to your level of skill. From any ordinary person, it would be a great shot. smile

It's reportage style and shows the event as it happens so to speak...I like it.
I like the composition, I agree with BeakerSt. It has something to it

I don't agree with Suby and Atunbi. While it probably breaks a number of rules, there's so much life in this image - it really does speak. It feels like I'm right there with them. Definitely an "asiko" moment well captured.
I see where Suby is comming from. I also feel images should be about the subject and the life it exudes. For that sole reason this is an excellent capture. I think Asiko is aware of all the flaws on this image. The proof is in his archive. Lets just enjoy this lovely capture.
Very nice perspective, lovely shot
the ASIKO STRIKES AGAIN...
